Anyone good with electrics (Radio)

Yoo!
Anyone good with electrics? Want to put a iPod interface cable in my orignal VW Gamma radio.
Can it be done but without loosing my CD Changer in the boot, cant find a how to to explain if it does or not

try and splice the connecter into the cd changer connector?

yeah but the quailty aint the best isit? i used to use it in an old car. just really want to be able to add this cable but not loose cd changer
